The right CPI figure

Since 2023 it's CPI, and which month counts depends on the day you serve. Pick the wrong one and the notice is wrong.

28 clear days

Serve even a day late and the new fee starts 28 days after service instead of on the review date — income you don't get back.

The prescribed form

Every resident gets the Pitch Fee Review Form, filled in for their pitch. At 40 pitches that's over 200 pages of paperwork.

How it works

Upload your pitch list

The spreadsheet you already keep: pitch, occupiers, start date, current fee and review date. Upload it as a CSV or paste the rows from Excel.

Every figure, worked out

The CPI figure the law says to use, every new fee to the penny, and the last day you can serve each notice and still have the increase start on the review date.

Every form, ready to print

One PDF: a schedule for the office, then each pitch's completed Pitch Fee Review Form, ready to print and serve.

One price per site. Every review included.

Check one review date

Enter a review date to see the CPI figure that applies if you serve notice today, and the last day you can serve it.

Usually the anniversary of the review date in the pitch agreement. Pick it above and we'll do the rest.

CPI figures come from the published ONS series (D7G7), bundled with this site and refreshed when ONS publishes — always check the current ONS figure before serving.

Straight answers

Which form does it fill in?

The Pitch Fee Review Form prescribed for England by SI 2023/620, laid out field by field with each pitch's figures filled in. You can compare it with the government's version on GOV.UK at any time.

Is this legal advice?

No. Pitchledger fills in a form and does arithmetic; it doesn't advise you. For guidance on your rights and obligations see GOV.UK: park homes or LEASE, the government-funded advisory service. If anything is disputed, speak to a solicitor.

Who built this?

A software engineer in London who builds systems where the arithmetic has to be right. Pitchledger does one job for England park home site owners: the yearly pitch fee review, for every pitch at once. Questions go to a real person at hello@pitchledger.co.uk.

What does it cost?

Trying it is free, with no signup: upload your pitch list, see every figure and download the whole pack as a preview, with each form marked PREVIEW. A licence for clean forms is £299 for your first year (founding price), then £499 a year per site, and covers every review at that site.

Do you keep my residents' details?

No. Your pitch list is used to work out the figures and build the PDF, then discarded. It is never written to a database or a log.

Where does the CPI figure come from?

From the published ONS consumer price inflation series (D7G7, dataset MM23) — the same 12-month rate the legislation refers to — bundled with the site and refreshed when ONS publishes. The generator shows you exactly which index month and publication date it used, so you can check it against the ONS release.

Does it cover Wales or Scotland?

England only. Wales has its own regime under the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013 with a different form, and Scotland is different again — a form generated here is not valid there.
